BRENTON E MCKENNA

Brenton is a Yawuru man from Broome, WA, and is also known by his. Brenton eventually studied visual arts at Goulburn Ovens TAFE in Wangarratta, Victoria. In 2011, he became the first published Indigenous graphic novel author in Australia when he released ! The book was the first in the trilogy. When Brenton isn’t drawing, he also holds creative storytelling workshops. Now, Brenton has released the new graphic novel,. The story is about two Hairy Holers named Begley and Redley, who are living ordinary lives in the bush until a lost tourist introduces them to the Internet. LOL! It’s an outback supernatural story with Australia’s toughest animals and a crash course on the world of the Internet.
