There isn’t much that Emma Craythorne (left) hasn’t dealt with when it comes to skin conditions. As the host of The Bad Skin Clinic, now in its fifth series on Discovery, the consultant dermatologist aims to help patients reclaim their confidence by tackling everything from rosacea to cysts.
“The people on the show are at the end of their tether,” she tells HELLO!. “Probably one in every four issues we see is deemed ‘cosmetic’ and therefore isn’t treated on the NHS. But as soon as people start changing their lives – not attending school or forming intimate relationships – because of their skin, that’s much more than cosmetic.”
