■ Basic sewing kit

FABRICS USED

■ Robert Kaufman Kona Solids in Red, Citrus, Lagoon, Kiwi, Orange, Black, Mulberry, Sassy Pink and White.

NOTES

■ Find the templates on page 85

■ Fabric measurements are WxH.

■ Templates include seam allowances.

■ Seam allowance is 6mm

■ Tack before sewing

■ Press seams to one side, where possible, towards the paler fabric. Press after each stage.

■ Finished size = approx 24cm tall

CUTTING OUT

Step one Download and print the templates. Transfer the Patch, Head Patch, Ear Patch and Trunk templates to cardstock.

Step two From Fabric A, cut: ten four one one
