On the wedding day of Vicky Jones and Anthony Wright, there were tears of joy even before the ceremony had begun. When McFly singer Danny Jones saw his sister Vicky in her wedding dress for the first time, he was overwhelmed with emotion.
“I didn’t expect that,” he said, wiping away his tears. The bride and her mum Kathy Jones then also started crying. “It was a really special moment,” says Vicky. “The three of us have such a strong bond.”
The music-filled day shared with family and friends, including Pixie Lott and her husband model Oliver Cheshire, was far from traditional. It included tattoos for the bride and groom during the ceremony, the couple’s own special vows and McFly as the surprise wedding band.
