    Editorial: Migrants flown to Sacramento are human beings, not political pawns

    Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, said in a statement that he and Democratic Attorney General Rob Bonta on Saturday, June 3, 2023, met with more than 12 migrants, who“ were transported from Texas to New Mexico before being flown by private chartered jet to Sacramento and dumped on the doorstep of a local church without any advance warning.”.

    California officials are considering filing civil and criminal charges for what they call “state-sanctioned kidnapping” against whoever is responsible for flying migrants from the U.S.-Mexico border region to Sacramento on two planes the last few days.
