New Hyundai and Citroën lines hit South Africa

Diesel is not dead for commuter vehicles, according to Hyundai's latest addition to the local market; the all-wheel drive Tucson N Line.

Hyundai has identified the SUV and Crossover segment to be where consumers are willing to spend their money with the market performance growing by 31,4% between 2021 and 2022 and comprising a whopping 50,9% share of sales for the automaker. This is followed by five-door hatchbacks at 34,8% and then multi-purpose vehicles at 7,8%. This, then, is the ultimate justification for adding to the Tucson line-up, which already comprises several derivatives
