A rare opportunity

‘There’s so much light, we don’t need lights during the day. The thermal regulation is so good the gas heater is enough in winter, and we rarely use the air conditioner in summer.’

Paul and his family however decided not to buy, and the block eventually went off the market. He kept on cycling past, no doubt contemplating the missed opportunity, but then, six months later, the ‘For Sale’ sign suddenly reappeared.
