Like so many working arrangements over the last few years, circumstance meant that renovating from a distance was unavoidable for creative director and principal designer Gillianne Griffiths of Studio Griffiths. For everyone in the architectural and interior-design community, the inability to visit sites, experience tactility and see how the light hits became decisions made across computer screens. When Gillianne was engaged to work on this home – a property that her clients had purchased online during lockdowns – she felt equally as enthused as she was nervous.
