Prasa’s Business Express train project needs a further R13bn

DESPITE promises made 14 years ago to have high-speed Business Express trains run daily between Durban and Pietermaritzburg, this service will be delayed “a little longer“ so that more than R13 billion can be spent fixing the stolen and otherwise damaged rail infrastructure.
