The park in question was the Gold Reef Theme Park in Johannesburg, South Africa, where it was known that there were at least three British-built portable engines - but no details of them had previously been established.
It was therefore determined that a mission would be mounted in an attempt to rectify, that an exploratory visit to the theme park was made with a view to rectifying that omission.
