I’m unsure about my therapist
Q I’ve been in therapy for a while. I used to go to my therapist’s office but, since the pandemic, we meet online. I’ve noticed that a lot of the time she looks down and not at me. I think she might be writing or sending texts. I find it really distracting. She never took notes when I was in the room. I’m not sure if I should say something. Linda, Guildford
