STICKY DATE CRUMBLE PUDDINGS

• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup self-raising flour
• ¼ cup plain flour
• 1 x 50g Violet Crumble bar, roughly chopped
• butterscotch sauce, thick cream, to serve

• ½ tbsp plain flour
• 30g butter, chopped • ½ cup rolled oats
• 1½ tbsp brown sugar
