STICKY DATE CRUMBLE PUDDINGS
MAKES 4 PREP 20 MINS COOK 25 MINS
• ¾ cup pitted dried dates, coarsely chopped
• ½ cup boiling water
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 50g butter, softened
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ cup self-raising flour
• ¼ cup plain flour
• 1 x 50g Crunchie bar, roughly chopped (see Tip)
• butterscotch sauce, thick cream, to serve
CRUMBLE
• 1½ tbsp plain flour
• 30g butter, chopped
• ½ cup rolled oats
• 1½ tbsp brown sugar
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease four 1-cup ramekins.
