Grilled chicken with orzo pasta salad

This hearty and healthy salad is great on its own, but also makes an excellent addition to a barbecue buffet.

SERVES 4 PREP 15 mins, plus marinating COOK 25 mins

✱ 4 skinless chicken breast fillets✱ Few sprigs oregano, finely chopped✱ 3 cloves garlic, crushed✱ Zest and juice of 2 lemons✱ 3 peppers, quartered and deseeded✱ 250g orzo pasta✱ 250g frozen broad beans✱ 200g green beans, trimmed and halved✱ 150g reduced-fat feta cheese✱ 4tbsp olive oil✱ Small bunch parsley, finely chopped✱ Handful fresh mint leaves, torn
