HUGE CROWD IN SOMERSET

On Saturday 28 January 2023 the preservation sale season kicked off in style when HJ Pugh held its annual sale at the Somerset Vintage Tractor Show, at Shepton Mallett. There were two highlights for me; an original 1953 Ferguson TE-F 20 diesel which sold for a thumping £5,400, and a very well restored Massey Ferguson 135 that changed hands for £9,500.

Other sellers of note included a painted Ferguson TE-D 20 that found a new home for £1,600, a TE-A 20 that made £700, a TE-T
