Bright star award

North Sails employee Ruaridh Wright at the sailmaker’s Gosport loft has won the inaugural Richmond Award, in memory of friend and colleague Sam Richmond who died in 2022 after a tragic yachting accident.

The new annual accolade will celebrate employees aged under 35-years-old who exude similar traits of Sam’s confidence and leadership. Wright was selected from 42 candidates.
