The Seeing Auschwitz exhibition opened in Durban last month.
It invites visitors to reflect on the horrors of the Holocaust committed at Auschwitz.
This complex of more than 40 concentration and extermination camps were established by the Nazis near the German-occupied town of Oswiecim in occupied Poland during World War II.
The Seeing Auschwitz exhibition was conceived and created by Musealia Touring Exhibitions, together with the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, in collaboration with the UN and Unesco.
The exhibition is presented by the Durban Holocaust and Genocide Centre in KE Masinga Road.
Seeing Auschwitz was originally developed for observance of the UN’s International Day of Commemoration in Memory
