As a title winner in Brazil, the Netherlands, England, France and with the Selecao, what moments in your career stand out?
The early stages of one’s career are always special. You enjoy every single moment: it’s your childhood dream coming true. For me, it was even better. I was part of that Santos side alongside Robinho, Elano and others in my first season as a professional, and we won the league playing some fantastic football. Then I was fortunate enough to fulfil several other dreams such as playing in Europe and for the Selecao, winning trophies basically everywhere I went – and titles are definitely the most special memories for a footballer.
