Cheesy ham and leek gnocchi
Crisp on the outside and scrumptiously gooey and cheesy on the inside – a true crowd-pleaser.

✱ 200ml pot half-fat creme fraiche
✱ 250ml milk
✱ 150g Gruyère, grated
✱ 1tsp English mustard
✱ 500g pack fresh gnocchi
✱ 150g fresh or frozen petits pois
✱ 180g shredded ham hock
✱ 4 baby leeks, thickly sliced
