‘No bones to bury. No home to call our own’ – flood victims

The devastation of the floods that battered KZN will forever be etched in the memory of victims whose loved ones were washed away and still haven’t been found, and those who lost their homes.

This week marked one year since the downpour that claimed the lives of more than 400 people across the province, with an estimate of more than 70 people listed as missing and at least 8 000 families displaced.
