Decades of decay, neglect

NEIGHBOURS’ FURY

A SMELLY cesspool and eyesore of a property that has been lying in a state of decay for decades has raised the ire of neighbours.

Eric Bell, back in 2010, appeared in a Daily News report voicing his concerns about the property having – back then – been under renovation for 10 years, and still has the same gripe.
