Nicely done, CMM
A touch of class should never go unnoticed in any editorial, but when I opened the pages of this month’s CMM I couldn’t help but think that there was an abundance of charm, respect and humility in your piece in reference to the demise of your competitor and much-respected Practical Sportsbikes.
Now, if I’m being honest, I bought both publications, but I have to say I was always slightly more excited to read Practical Sportsbikes (just saying), because I think it evoked something of the teenage hooligan in me which has long since been lost, and replaced by the abnormal behaviour of buying classic bikes and sitting and looking at them over the winter in a cold and inhospitable garage.
