Cherrystone Philatelic Auctions recently sold this unused 1854 Indian 4a blue and red, from the second printing. Unused without gum as issued, and large margins showing part of marginal ornaments, the stamp was described as being an ‘impressive example of this popular Victorian India icon’ and came with a 2022 BPA certificate.
