How is your recovery going after rupturing your ACL at the end of last year?

I am recovering a lot quicker than expected. Being able to get back in the gym and work on my strength has been a comfort for me after being restricted to exercises in bed and on the massage table over the first few weeks after surgery. That was the toughest period. I was bed-bound for around six weeks and unable to do anything really, so I am happy I am through that stage. Running and changing direction will come over the next months, which I am working towards now, but we are being very careful not to rush things.

What does your day-to-day at Cobham consist of during rehabilitation?

We are doing a lot of quadricep activation work–strengthening the glutes and legs. I lost
