Mask strips on kraft card then sponge it with white ink for a stylish background that won’t overpower your main colour scheme.

METHOD

1 Mask off lines on kraft card 135mm x 95mm using washi or low-tack tape as shown then sponge the card with ColorBox frost white ink. Remove the masks and set it aside to dry.

2 Stamp Art Impressions M4120 Birthday Whoot on white card with Versafine onyx black ink and colour it with Prismacolor pencils.

3 Fussy-cut it out, removing the branch, then apply threedimensional medium to the eyes and let it dry.

4 Die-cut a A Birdie Told Me speech bubble out of white card and stamp M2S-11-016 Chubby Chums ‘woohooo!’ sentiment on it in
