Using 3.5mm DPNs, cast on 63 sts. Divide sts onto 4 DPNs. Beginning of rnd is between needles I and IV, at the side of the sock. Pm and join to work in the rnd, taking care not to twist sts.
Knit 1 rnd.
Rib rnd: *K2, P2, K3; rep from * to end.
Repeat Rib Rnd until piece meas 4.5cm.
Next rnd: Work Row 1 of Chart A, rep 9-st pattern 7 times around.
