Q I want to eat more vegetarian meals to help save cash, but my family isn’t very keen on the idea. What can you suggest?

A You’re not alone in seeing the cost-saving appeal of going veggie; when asked about the benefits of cutting back on meat, Mintel research revealed 43% of consumers believe eating less meat is a ‘good way to save money’.
