About this ebook
How To Get Ahead - Fire up your money management, is part two of a three‐part ebook mini‐series, about getting a grip on where you are financially, and working out how you're going to move your life to where you want it to be.
Becoming financially fulfilled is 80% understanding your relationship with money and 20% practical money management. The financial habits you have will make or break you as you travel the road to financial fulfilment
Money is emotional, so by understanding the emotions that trigger your spending behaviours, you can learn to step back, and take time to rethink.
Not only do our own emotions trip us up, but so do the tricks that marketers and retailers use to help us open our wallet. Once you know what these tricks of the trade are, you can break them and start to take control of your own decision making on how you spend your money.
We all know that men and women are different, but did you know that those gender differences also affect how we spend our money?
Do you know what comes in and what goes out of your bank account and credit cards? If you don’t, you should. How can you get ahead financially if you don’t know what your current habits and behaviours are? We will show you a simple system to get a grip on where your money is going.
Once you know what comes in and what goes out, you can start to take control and plan how and when you will spend your money, commonly known as a budget, but we prefer the term money plan!
Don’t forget the noose around your neck..... debt, our emotions got us into it, so utilize your emotions to get you out of it
