As a guy, I see things through the lens of a guy. Collectively, are men doing their bit to include women or can we do more?

From my experience, the men in our sport are supportive and committed to building upon the participation of women. The barriers which exist for women participating in motorsport cannot be soley attributed to the attitude of men. Historically, the sport has been male dominated and, as such, the sport became largely structured to appeal to a male audience.
