Q Should I replace the partworn tyres on my ‘van?

The two front tyres on my 11-year-old motorhome are a bit worn, but passed the MoT test. One of the tyres has a bit more wear than the other.

Can I replace it with the unused spare tyre? My spare is a Continental and the tyres on the ‘van are Michelin. Also, are there any motorhome tyres that are better than the other?
