Affectionately known as CeCe, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend to many people, who all cherished her.

So when Cecelia mysteriously went missing, they were concerned.

It just wasn’t like her to be out of touch with them.

Cecelia, 59, was last seen at her home in Farmington, New Mexico, on 30 May 2019.
