As a US Army veteran with 31 years’ service, Cecelia Finona was someone who believed in the importance of helping people.
Affectionately known as CeCe, she was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, auntie and friend to many people, who all cherished her.
So when Cecelia mysteriously went missing, they were concerned.
It just wasn’t like her to be out of touch with them.
