Q. I’m looking forward to clear blue skies and a long hot summer. Surely now is the last time I need to think about heated clothing?

A. I’m hoping for a good summer too, but not every day’s going to live up to our expectations. Temperatures in northern Europe fluctuate considerably.

Q. Not so cold as to need heated clothing though?

A. You’d be surprised at the difference heated clothing can make. Even in spring and autumn, the average temperature range in the UK is relatively cool and can catch riders out if they’re not prepared.
