If you’ve found your hotel on an aggregator website (where information, don’t book it there right away. Instead, call or email the hotel to see if they’ll offer you a better price. Because hotels have to pay commission fees to most aggregator websites, they often offer direct bookers lower prices, or extras like breakfast, a nicer room or a free bottle of wine.
