A 15-minute spin from the centre of MBUK’s home city you’ll find a variety of riding. The two main trails are brilliant for beginners, with nothing too steep or technical, but also fun to ride fast. Closest to town is the Nova trail in Ashton Court, with Yer Tiz in Leigh Woods five minutes down the road. A short ride away is the more natural-feeling waymarked trail in Fifty Acre Woods, which is steeper, rootier and more technical. Nearby at Ashton Hill Plantation (aka Belmont) are some locals-built jumps and downhill runs.
