Cage & Aviary Birds

RECOMMENDED: late winter in Wales!

SHOWS

IT WAS a bit spur of the moment, but as previously documented in the February 15 issue by my son Josh, he and I took the decision to exhibit at the Welsh National Exhibition of Show Birds.

The event was held at Neath Sports Centre at the end of January. Although a relatively long drive from us on the outskirts of London, it was a straight run downM4. What actually made the trip manageable for us was the fact that our birds could be booked in the night before the show. We therefore made a hotel reservation to break up the trip, and found several options for accommodation in the local area.
