MGF AND TF HEATED REAR WINDOW TIPS

What used to be a very common question at MGOC W was: “How do I wire up and connect the heated rear window (HRW) of the hardtop I have just fitted to my MG TF (or MGF)?” This more so when the MGF and TF were only daily use cars as more owners would investcars, with the glass rear window from the factory or the first owner opting to buy a hardtop, would there be a switch and relay already fitted.
