In 2017, Kalani Mack, originally from Hawaii, was looking to have some work done on his ’57 Oval to create a promotional tool for his food business. “My original plan was to restore and customise the car, and to use it in marketing and promoting my restaurant, Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food, here in Utah,” he explains.
