It's been a while since I have gone over First Aid kits, and it's very important! While the basics haven't changed much, there are some key questions to ask when putting your kit together. The first point to consider is where you plan to use your first kit: remote runs and expeditions or day runs with road access. This distinction will shape the size and complexity of your first aid kit, and it might be best to have two first aid kits—an expedition-style kit and a day-use kit.
