80g unsalted butter 225g self-raising flour 3tbsp golden caster sugar 1 medium egg 250ml whole milk 2tsp vegetable oil 1tsp ground cinnamon 4 small bananas, halved lengthways 150ml maple syrup 75ml double cream 50g lightly salted roasted peanuts Whipped cream, to serve
Melt 40g butter in a small pan over a
