When you get to my age, you find that you spend more time reminiscing about ‘the good old days’. For me, this was a time when life seemed easier and less stressful.
As I write, we are experiencing the first really cold snap of winter and the news is full of weather warnings. Strangely, we seem to have forgotten that it does get cold in winter and that we will, on occasion, get frost and maybe even some snow.
