Having alreadyfive houses of his own, Shaun Caton assumed he would do it again when he and fiancée Phoebe Simmonds began looking for a place in Melbourne to transform into the perfect family home. But when they found a not-so-perfect house on a tree-lined street in their preferred suburb of Murrumbeena, they realised knocking it down and starting from scratch might be a better option.
