‘As this open-plan living space was to be the heart of the home where we’d spend most of our time as a family and entertaining, it had to be planned to perfection. Overall, I wanted the space to be welcoming and extremely social, as well as feeling funky and contemporary. Our wish list for the space was huge, including a French pantry fridge that would provide enough storage space. I was also keen to include a hidden pantry as
