► Start on all fours with ► Exhale and curl your toes under, straighten your arms and extend your legs to raise your hips up towards the ceiling. ► Draw your shoulders back and relax your head. ► Draw in your tummy, press your thighs back and extend your heels towards the back of the room. ► Straighten your legs and point your tailbone to the ceiling. ► Extend your heels to the floor but don't worry if they don't reach (A). ► Focus on flattening your back, keeping your shoulder blades pulled back and looking towards your knees. Keep your thigh muscles strong. ► Root your hands into the floor and take 10 deep breaths.
