Meals made in a single pot aren’t exactly a food revolution. They’re a staple of many culinary traditions, the internet is teeming with them, and Jamie Oliver himself has presented more than a few over the years. But this series (and its companion recipe book, ) seems to have hit the mark for the British chef – and not only in Britain. He has lately knocked out meals on and coached a suit-and-tied Stephen Colbert through a dish on camera. It’s not all stir-fries and braising either. The first of, that recently screened in the UK.
