E IS FOR EXCLUDED

Winter is a lean time for touring opportunities meaning both myself and Lord Kermit the E-Type have been languishing indoors like restless road warriors yearning for automotive action. Nevertheless, as regular readers know, I have a Jaguar touring guide in preparation with twenty chapters to complete and I could not afford to be entirely inactive.

My E-Type may have been purchased primarily for the book as an undeniably beautiful photographic model although, whilst a couple of hundred pages of exclusive Kermit content would have satisfied his ego, I fear others can have too much of a good thing. Therefore, many additional Jaguars will be involved in the making of my magnum opus and during last summer much support was forthcoming from the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust who loaned charismatic vehicles spanning eight decades, ensuring extensive variety to the content. However, for the winter months such precious icons remain in dry storage so I needed alternatives.
