It’s the capital’s best-kept secret – a fascinating (and free) waterside walk that takes in some of the city’s most iconic sights, yet involves zero queues, traffic or tickets. You can walk as much or as little as you choose, using your favourite landmark as an end point. That might be ZSL London Zoo if you’re with little ones (the path actually goes through it), or perhaps Camden Lock).
