E-bikes are a great way of getting more done on a ride. In some ways they are the perfect training tool. They save time on the climbs, are solid on the descents, and in some cases even double the amount of mileage you can do on any given Sunday morning.
With this in mind, we’ll continue on from the last issue and look at how you can use an e-bike to work on good technique. After all, it’s still winter, and riding an e-bike will feel different anyway, so why not head out with some deliberate goals in mind. By focusing on good technique during the darker months, you’ll be able to emerge into spring a better rider with some well practised skills.
