Apple caramel cookies

MAKES ABOUT 12

2 packs of shop-bought cookie mix

1 Jazz™ apple, peeled and finely chopped

1 Jazz™ apple, peeled and chopped

A knob of butter

2tbsp caramel sauce, shopbought or homemade

1 Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Add the cookie mixture to a bowl add the finely chopped JAZZ™ apples. Mix with water until a stiff dough forms. Roll the mixture into balls, then place on a greaseproof lined baking tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Once baked, set aside to cool.

2 Meanwhile, in a pan, add the butter and JAZZ™ apples and cook until softened, then add the caramel sauce and bring together.

Pour the caramel JAZZ™ apple mixture onto the cookies.
