Autism sailor on solo record attempt

Johannes Li, who is aiming to become the youngest German to sail around the world solo, is searching for sponsorship to purchase an Endurance 35 for his adventure.

The 19-year-old originally left The Netherlands in a 32ft Nantucket Clipper with the aim of circumnavigating, but the boat is unseaworthy due to a soft hull and deck caused by water ingress. The mast is also unsafe.
